Arizona: Nations Arts

A photographic journey of Arizona`s tribal lands and people

by Annica Benning

Arizona: Nations and Art was created to promote literacy, education and cultural preservation.

The book is given to all 4th grade students as well as Operation Military Kids nationwide. A special printing was distributed by the U.S. Department of State to all U.S. Embassies and American Spaces worldwide.

As of this March, for Read Across America Day, we will have distributed 400,000 books in total.

An important tool for native and non-native children, alike. A wonderful read, a snapshot of Arizona`s native americans, highlighting the history and showing that children are the same everywhere.
